Switching Between Dashboards

Microworkers recognizes that many users on the platform serve as both Workers and Employers. For this reason, switching between the two dashboards has been made simple and intuitive.

How It Works:

  • At the top right menu, users can now see an option to toggle between the Worker and Employer dashboards. It allows users to switch between the Worker and Employer dashboards with ease.

  • The process is seamless, enabling users to manage campaigns as Employers and complete tasks as Workers without needing to disrupt their workflow.
  • This feature ensures users can fully utilize both roles, maximizing their potential on the platform.

When You Switch to the Employer Dashboard

As an Employer, your dashboard will be tailored for efficient campaign management. The following sections are easily accessible:

  • Dashboard: A centralized overview of your campaign performance and status.
  • My Campaigns: Create your campaigns under Basic and/or Hire Group section. View and manage your active, pending, and completed campaigns under this standard platform.
  • Deposit: Add funds to your account to ensure your campaigns run smoothly.
  • My Hire Groups: Manage and view your hire groups for more targeted campaign results.
  • Account: Update your personal and business details, and other account settings.

TTV Features:

  • Introduction: Learn how to leverage TTV (Template Test & Verification) features for greater efficiency.
  • Create TTV Campaign: Create and submit specialized campaigns using templates.
  • My TTV Campaigns: Track and manage your existing TTV campaigns.
  • My Templates: Choose from the default templates shown in this section. Save and reuse your templates for recurring campaigns.
  • API: Access the API features to integrate Microworkers with your system.
  • Best Workers: Shows workers from your desired zone to hire for your campaigns.

When You Switch to the Worker Dashboard

As a Worker, the dashboard is optimized to help you focus on available tasks and earning opportunities. Key sections include:

  • Jobs: View and select available jobs in your country.
  • HG Jobs: Access jobs assigned specifically for you that match your qualifications.
  • Tasks I Finished: Displays status of the completed tasks, earned money from the task, proof/s submitted and the full details of the job.
  • Withdraw: Easily manage your earnings and request withdrawals.
  • Account: Update your personal information and other account settings.
  • Available Jobs / Locked Jobs: See a list of jobs you can apply for, and those locked based on your qualifications or task completion history.

Track all your campaigns in one place. Whether you’re running basic campaigns or targeted hire group campaigns, this section provides real-time updates on their progress and performance.
